If your Alpha start date is confirmed and everyone is welcome to join, click the button: "Make Your Alpha Public." Your course will appear in the Try Alpha directory where guests can contact you directly.* (Alpha Youth courses will not appear here for safeguarding purposes.)
If a guest signs up, Your Contact Person will receive an email from Alpha USA with the Subject Line: "Someone is interested in attending your Alpha" with details in the email body. Please connect with the guest as soon as possible and send them your info (e.g. address, parking info, or Zoom link [if online], etc.). You will register your guest manually in whatever format you choose (see sample registration form on the Series Materials tab of your registration), or provide your website's registration link to them. *Alpha USA will not have record of who contacts you.
If your Alpha is private or a closed group, or if your start date is not yet confirmed, click the "Not Now" button during your course registration, so your Alpha will not show up on the Try Alpha website for guests to find. Should you decide to publish, you can publish your Alpha at any time.
