For full access to the training videos, weekly Alpha videos, and other resources, the primary Alpha leader needs to create an Alpha each season. Hosts & helpers can be added to the Team pages. Here is the link to register each course: https://app.alpha.org/us/

STEP 1 - Please log in using your email address and password (or get started, if not done yet)

STEP 2 - Click on the red "Register new Alpha" button on the top right of the Dashboard page to register your Alpha course.

STEP 3 - Choose the series you want to use. You can preview before choosing. When ready, click on the red button that says, "Register using this series".

You will confirm your series and will be asked five simple questions. Here is an explanation of each one:

1. Are you running Alpha in person, online, or both?

  • Online: Meet only on Zoom or other video conferencing system

  • In person: Meet at a physical location together each week

  • Both: Meet on Zoom and in person

2. Who is your Alpha for?

Anyone / Youth (13-18) / Young Adults (19-30) / Seniors (65+) / Not sure yet

If your group is a mix, please choose "Anyone (all ages)" in the list.

3. Is your Alpha for any specific context?

This is not the location; it's referring to the people group.

Catholic / Prisons / High School / Military / Workplace / University / None of these

4. Select language

If you are running Alpha in two languages, please register two separate Alphas. Click on "see more languages" to see all the options for Alpha videos in different languages.

5. Start Date / Church or Organization /

You'll enter a start date for your Alpha and create or choose your church/organization that your Alpha will be connected to. The start date can be edited later if you don't have an exact date when registering.

STEP 4 - Review your course details based on the choices you've made during registration then click "Create Alpha" to complete your registration.

STEP 5 - Your Alpha course is now registered. You'll be given the option to publish your Alpha to our Try Alpha page by entering your Alpha venue address. You can choose to do this later if you aren't sure of the address.

You can update your registration at any time by clicking on the blue 'Edit Alpha Details' link on the top of your opened registration. This opens the Alpha Details edit box.

You're all done! You can now click on the tabs along the top of your registration to explore and download your Alpha resources. You'll see your registration on your Dashboard the next time you log in. To open it, just click on the title.
