Log into your account with your email and password. From your Dashboard, click on the red 'View and edit' button on your Alpha. This will open your Alpha registration. Each Alpha you register has five grey Tabs. What's Next; Schedule; Promote; Series Materials; Team. To access the tabs, your Alpha registration needs to be open.
The tabs are located along the top of your Alpha registration.
from What’s Next, access your upcoming session's Talk and Small Group questions
from the Schedule Tab, arrange your sessions. This is only seen by you and your team (those you invite from the Team Tab)
from the Promote Tab, access downloadable promotional assets (video, print and digital)
from Series Materials, download all the course resources (Talks, Team & Guest Guides, Team Training Videos, Run Alpha Handbook, etc.)

Adult Alpha guests can download the Guest Guide for free to their own electronic devices; found in the footer section of the Alpha website. (no Guest Guide required for Youth Alphas). You may also purchase Guest Guides for your guests at Outreach.
Use the Talks' ‘Share Link’ (red text in the download box - beside the Download button) when a guest misses a session. You can copy the Vimeo link and send it to your guest.
(We recommend you download all of the Talks etc. in advance to your computer. Streaming is an option, but is vulnerable to audio or visual hang ups depending on location, weather, or tech issues which can happen right when you need them.)
from the Team Tab, invite your Alpha Team to access the Talks and Training Videos, Small Group Notes, and Promotional Assets (Admins, do not invite yourself)
visit the Learning Center, left on your screen, designed to assist you, the Alpha Administrator, in planning and running your Alphas (this is not the main Team Training - which is found on the Series Materials tab)
