Both Alpha leaders and team members can download all the videos, small group questions and other materials from your registered Alpha!
1 - Only the primary Alpha leader needs to create an Alpha (register) with a start date. It will become inactive according to the "end date" that you assign in your online Schedule. If you're a team member, you can log in to access all the resources.
2 - After you log in, you'll land on the "Series Materials" tab. The "Series Materials" tab and the "What's Next" is where you'll find your downloadable videos, training, team handouts, weekly briefings, etc. Click on the "Promote" tab for all of your downloadable promotional materials.
Top Tip: The "Series Materials" tab includes all the materials for all the weeks. The "What's Next" tab changes each week and includes the materials you need for each upcoming session.
3 - Click on the titles of each video or document for download options. If you'd like subtitles, click on the dropdown arrow and choose from the list of available subtitles.
4 - To download the weekly Alpha videos, choose SD or HD. Then click on the red "download" button. Depending on your computer settings, the videos will either download to your computer, or you'll be asked where to save them.
Looking for the video share link?
To send a specific video (Vimeo link) to a guest who missed a session, or to play the video and share your screen for Online Alphas, please click on "Share this video" at the bottom left of the download box, and copy the video link. - Always download videos as a back-up when choosing to stream your sessions - for when technology misbehaves.
