If you would like to adjust or cancel your donation, please send an email to [email protected] and we would be happy to help you. Please include your name, mailing address, and email address in your email.

You can also edit or cancel your recurring donation on the Funraise app.

How to update your debit or credit card information:

- Log in to the Funraise app.

- Click "Alpha USA."

- Click "Subscriptions."

- Click on the gift you want to edit. This only applies if it is a recurring donation.

- At the bottom, you can choose "Cancel donation subscription." Then you can set up a new recurring gift.

- Or you can click the edit icon by "Alpha USA" and click the "x" by payment method. Then click "Add payment method" and enter your new card information.

- Click "Save.
