Help, I can't log in / my page is stuck

1 - If using an iPad, tablet, or phone to log in, please try using a desktop computer or laptop.

2 - Try a different browser. Our platform works best with Chrome or Firefox. Other browsers like Safari, Edge, or Explorer, often have conflicting programs.

To find out which browser you are using, please look at the right or left of your taskbar and there is usually an icon that indicates the browser. - Is your browser up to date.

3 - Clear your cache or browsing history first. Sometimes computers will remember old webpage links even though they have been updated.


4 - Make sure there is no space before or after your email address. Sometimes this happens if you use the autofill on your computer or phone.

5 - If you don't receive a verification email or password change email in your inbox, be sure to check your spam/junk folder. If you have a strong firewall, it may send them to that folder.
